The Olney Cropdusters have come a long way with their stadium since it opened in 2022. Muzzy Field is the perfect combination of a ballpark with tons of history with a modern touch. The gameday experience is relaxed, the on-field product is quality, the fans are knowledgeable, and most importantly it is affordable. A Blues home game at Muzzy Field may be the best value experience in Central Connecticut.

Earlier this year, the Meridian Blues were announced as an expansion team in the Mid-America League, a six-team independent wooden-bat summer baseball league. The Blues play at Scaggs Field on the campus of Meridian Community College, bringing professional baseball back to a city with a far deeper baseball history than many people probably realize.

The Cape Cod League is considered to be the premier summer collegiate baseball league in the nation. With one out of every four major leaguers today able to trace their roots to the Cape, the numbers bear out this claim. While the talent is certainly Major League, the feel at the ballparks is small town. A visit to Harwich bears this out, as you may arrive as a stranger, but you will leave as a member of the community.

Lenda & Glenda Hill Stadium is a beautiful, newly built baseball facility. A large, steeply pitched roof covers nearly the entire grandstand, which features uniformly navy-blue seats.

Bullens Field is an anomaly in the Futures League, where the rest of the ballparks are former minor league ballparks. Still, this cozy little ballpark in western Massachusetts has become a good fit in this league, which has enjoyed a quick rise to become one of the better summer college circuits in the nation.

Built in the 1940s, Duffy Fairgrounds Stadium carries all the quirks of a facility designed for multiple uses.

Graves Athletic Field is a bare-bones setup, just a baseball diamond and backstop, with a small set of bleachers and a game operations shed behind home plate.

Mahaney Diamond is a rather basic facility, with three sets of aluminum bleachers encircling home plate and shaded by trees overhead.

The Futures League announced they will be adding a seventh team to the circuit, to play in Lowell's LeLacheur Park, in 2026.
