Coming into the 2025 season, USL League One welcomed four expansion clubs: Naples, Portland, Texoma, and Westchester SC. Westchester's arrival gave the USL a foothold in the New York City metropolitan area, a market that has since grown even further with the addition of Brooklyn FC to the USL Championship.

Wien Stadium has grandstands on both sides, as well as a videoboard behind one end zone. They have a band, cheerleaders, and a costumed Lion mascot named Roar-ee.

The Yankees take a traditional approach to the game presentation; they are one of the few MLB teams without an in-game host, allowing the action on the field to be the primary focus.
