With an NHL lockout looming over the heads of fans and teams; the New York Islanders are making news off the ice. Multiple sources confirm that Long Island's only professional sports team will call Brooklyn home in 2015. Team and arena representatives have called a press conference at 1 p.m to make the news official; once the lease at Nassau Coliseum expires in 2014, the team will be moving to the brand new Barclays Center, home of the Brooklyn Nets.
