A stalwart franchise in arena football, the Orlando Predators have been going strong since 1991. One of the longest running franchises of the Arena Football League, the Preds have seen some success on the field with seven division titles and two Arena Bowl Championships. Now after a down season last year that ended with a 4-14 record (2nd worst in the league), the Predators have introduced the "Orlando Predators Performance Guarantee" for the 2013 season.
Basically, the guarantee means that if Orlando doesn't win at least 10 of its 18 games, season ticket holders will receive some amount of credit to be put toward tickets to a future game. If they only win 9, STH's get a $10 credit per seat. 8 wins, $20 and so on. More information on the performance guarantee is available (along with ticket info) on the Predators site.
It's a nice perk for Predators season ticket holders and a low-risk venture for the team. Now only if the Predators can guarantee fans can avoid the most terrifying mascot in pro sports!
Orlando kicks off its season March 24 at the New Orleans Voodoo and open up their home schedule at Amway Center April 6 against the Philadelphia Soul.
