Ranking the Ballparks of the Carolina League

by Paul Swaney - Sep 21, 2014 6:20 AM EDT

The Carolina League was founded in 1945 and currently consists of eight ball clubs stretching across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. The league is a "High A" minor league and teams have affiliate deals with MLB clubs in the Midwest and along the east coast. There are many fine ballparks in the league with seating capacity ranging around 5,000-6,000.

We've compiled our rankings based on the ratings of our official correspondents, with the reviews of users and members as our primary tiebreaker. We hope you'll share your own views of these ballparks by writing your own "crowd review." Enjoy our rankings of the ballparks of the Carolina League.
