Starr Vegas Development, Inc. has proposed a $10 billion, 63‑acre master plan on the Las Vegas Strip near Las Vegas Boulevard and West Starr Avenue that it markets as a year‑round sports and entertainment hub anchored by two major venues: a 50,000‑seat soccer/concert stadium and a 25,000‑seat basketball/concert arena.
