54th Anniversary of National Championship for Kentucky

Today marks the 54th anniversary of the 1958 NCAA basketball Championship won by the Kentucky Wildcats. It was the fourth and final championship won by legendary Head Coach Adolph Rupp. The Wildcats have won three more NCAA titles since then, and are working on their 8th National Championship as they enter the Sweet 16 on Friday against another iconic program, Indiana. Their game will be held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
